The Advent – AKA Cisco Ferreira, has been part of the global electronic music scene from the beginning. He’s been making music with machines onstage since the Acid House days.

A native of the Portuguese Island “Madeira,” Cisco spent most of his life in London. Since 1988 Cisco has released a consistent string of energetic, minimal, and influential tracks and remixes on Internal, Tresor, BMG and a host of other top labels. His musical vision includes live performances, touring, and recording.
