Omar Santana, our Master of Live Breaks, will step onstage and pummel you with rapid-fire hardcore beats – sliced, diced, and served sample-fresh with pure digital precision. He’s a SoCal native now, but Omar’s tale from the hardside began back in the ‘80s in New York City, where he earned a good name as a DJ and Producer, working alongside sound pioneers’ Mantronix, Boogie Boyz, T La Rock and Stetasonic. His brash, futuristic editing style led him to edit and remix Public Enemy, Janet Jackson, Simply Red, Quincy Jones and the Rolling Stones. In the 90’s, as the founder of H2Oh recordings, Omar pioneered his own style of hardcore techno. He travels all over the world and plays to huge crowds of hardcore fans in Europe and Asia, delivering SoCal’s hard and heavy beats.
